This announcement is to advise that QuickB2B Pty Ltd will be migrating to a new, more powerful server and data centre early next month. This upgrade is in response to the growth of QuickB2B Pty Ltd and to maintain a high level of service.
The migration and synchronisation will take approximately 4 hours. Unfortunately, there is no way to eliminate this downtime. The upgrade will be performed on a Tuesday afternoon, when traffic is at its lowest.
When the date and time has been confirmed, we recommend you advise your customers that orders cannot be submitted via the phone apps or online portal during the upgrade. We ask that you plan your business accordingly and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
